Blue Topaz
Topaz is a crystal for meditation, bringing the mind, body, and spirit into union with the forces of the universe. It invokes the energy for relaxation and feelings of peace. In the 1100s, a large Golden Topaz was said to have been donated to a monastery by Lady Hildegarde, wife of Theodoric, Count of Holland. The stone was so luminous that it was used at night to light the inside of the chapel.
